Located in the wonderful village of Noci, in the hamlet of Lamadacqua, Il Confine offers the possibility of organising parties and events by taking advantage of the large indoor hall or the outdoor space immersed in the green of the Apulian countryside, which boasts 120 seats covered by an elegant gazebo.

Opened in 1985, for more than 35 years the Il Confine restaurant has been carrying on a family passion for food and genuine ingredients, with which the many traditional dishes on the menu are made.

The pizza, only cooked in a wood oven, is the icing on the cake of a truly complete gastronomic offer.

The cuisine of the Il Confine Pizza Restaurant is decidedly “female”: managed by Elisa, a real queen of the kitchen, it has been carried out with unchanged passion and dedication for over thirty-five years. Her cuisine is a concentrate of emotions and sensations for the palate using zero km ingredients and products.

Pizza is the symbolic meal of Mediterranean cuisine and, with skilful mastery, Pierino prepares them with excellent zero km raw materials and rigorously cooks them in a wood oven.

Catia is the room manager; she ensures the functioning of the catering service. She takes care of the aesthetic aspect of the room, directs and controls the work of the waiters; takes care of welcoming customers and presents the menu and the wine list. She advises customers on their choices and collects any complaints and ideas for improving the service.
